Mitzpe Hayamim, the “natural Galilee treasure,” is embraced on all sides by flourishing orchards, fields of herbs, a livestock farm, a dairy, and the organic farm that supplies the hotel’s restaurants with fresh seasonal ingredients, under the “farm to table” philosophy. Chef Erez Komarovsky, the hotel’s culinary consultant, then transforms this fresh produce into authentic Galilean flavor and aroma combinations that tantalize the palate.
