Saidof House, Jerusalem

In the beginning of the last century, the late Yitzhak Saidoff laid the cornerstone to “Batei Saidoff”- an exceptional neighborhood in the heart of Jerusalem. The first beautiful building was constructed in the towns’ center and served as a marker for a hundred years. For many of Jerusalem’s inhabitants it symbolizes the city’s ability to conserve its early beauty together with its never-ending renewal. Ashdar has begun a project of reconstructing the old Saidoff houses, and building an enchanting and unique site around it.

A luxury residential tower surrounded by a well-kept yard will be constructed in the midst of this incredible project, which overlooks the whole area. Close to Batei Saidoff you will find the bustling colorful and aroma-filled “Mahane Yehuda“ market. Not far from the Saidoff Houses is the Old City, the towns’ ancient walls, Har Habayit, the Tower of David, the cultural centers, the law court and the museum. The high location of the tower guarantees breathtaking views of all the mountains around Jerusalem, the Old City, from the Temple Mount to the Mount of Olives – all of Jerusalem is in the palm of your hand.
